Hockley Scope of Work Detail

The electrical installation included

  • Power Distribution: New panelboards are to be installed — a 100A MCB panel (1-phase) and a 225A MCB panel (3-phase) — complete with circuit breakers. Wiring and branch circuits will connect these panels to receptacles and equipment.

  • Receptacles: A total of 55 simplex/duplex/quad outlets, along with weatherproof GFCI-protected outlets and NEMA-rated power outlets, are included to meet indoor and outdoor needs.

  • Lighting Fixtures: Several lighting product lines (Lithonia, Alphabet, and others) are specified in various configurations, including 2x2 troffers, linear strips, high-efficiency LEDs, and recessed downlights. Over 170 individual lighting units are scheduled for installation.

  • Controls and Switching: Occupancy sensors and daylight controls will automate energy savings and comply with code requirements. Toggle switches (standard, 3-way, 4-way) and mechanical time clocks are also included.

  • Specialized Equipment: Installation of 28 multi-service floor boxes (Legrand), 20 non-fused disconnect switches, and 8 fused disconnect switches is covered. Additionally, 20-gang recessed TV back boxes are to be installed for AV integration.

  • Conduit & Trenching: The project includes trenching and installing various sizes of EMT conduit (¾”, 1”, and 1.25”), supporting underground and internal wiring routes.
